So the developers plan to extend the service and enable customers with a chance to dial anyone who has a PC and a web cam. Next step would be to dial a person who has a TV and a web cam, thus considerably extending the number of users.

As well, this new video conference calling facility is used to enable customers to talk face-to-face with specialists in the distant boroughs. High-quality video kiosks give customers a chance to have discussions with specialists with a simple push of a button. As easy as that and no need to travel.
